Nationwide Shipping & Dispatch
JWD Scents dispatches all orders from Karachi, Pakistan, with free nationwide delivery across Pakistan. There are no hidden courier charges or handling fees. Orders are normally shipped through TCS.
Orders are typically dispatched the same working day after order confirmation, where operationally possible. Otherwise, dispatch is typically on the next working day. Typical transit is 2–4 working days to most major cities in Pakistan. Remote or extended-service locations may take longer. We do not guarantee an exact dispatch or delivery time. Pricing & 100% Cash on Delivery
The current selling price of The Red Devil is PKR 2,799 per bottle, inclusive of nationwide delivery.
Orders are fulfilled via 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) with free delivery across Pakistan. You pay the full amount of PKR 2,799 directly in cash to the TCS delivery courier upon receiving your parcel at your doorstep. No advance deposit or online pre-payment is required.
Protective Fragrance Packaging
Every order is packed using protective fragrance packaging designed to reduce the risk of breakage, leakage, and transit damage during courier handling across Pakistan.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched and tracking has been issued, cancellation is no longer available.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of personal fragrances, there are strictly no returns or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference. Any opened, sprayed, or used perfume is non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Damaged, leaking, defective, incomplete, or incorrect orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number and order details.
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened.
- Clear supporting photos where appropriate.
The customer should retain the original parcel and packaging until the claim is resolved.
Resolution & Customer Support
Approved genuine claims are resolved by replacement first. If a replacement is not reasonably available, JWD Scents may provide another appropriate resolution.
