Terms of Service
Commercial terms governing orders, 100% Cash on Delivery fulfillment, and customer responsibilities.
1. Order Placement & Customer Accuracy
When placing an order with JWD Scents, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including your full name, active phone number, city, province, and detailed delivery address. Orders are subject to operational verification before dispatch.
2. Pricing & 100% Cash on Delivery
The current selling price of The Red Devil is PKR 2,799 per bottle, inclusive of nationwide delivery. Orders are placed directly on 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) with zero advance payment. The full price of PKR 2,799 is payable directly to the courier rider upon delivery at your doorstep.
3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order is formally confirmed once customer details and delivery address have been reviewed. Cancellations are permitted only before physical dispatch. Once the parcel has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Dispatch, Delivery & Customer Responsibility
All orders are dispatched from Karachi, Pakistan, normally shipped through TCS courier service. Any delivery timelines shared (typically 2–4 working days for major cities) are operational estimates, not guaranteed delivery times. The customer bears the responsibility to receive the confirmed Cash on Delivery parcel upon arrival and tender the full order amount in cash.
5. Product Description & Formulation
The Red Devil is an original, independent fragrance created and formulated by JWD Scents in Karachi. All olfactory descriptions, concentration percentages, and bottle specifications represent our genuine artisanal formulation.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Damage Claims
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or scent preference. Opened, sprayed, or used bottles cannot be returned under any circumstances. Inquiries regarding transit damage, leakage, or incorrect items are governed exclusively by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
7. Privacy & Support Inquiries
Customer data collected during the order process is handled in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. If you have any questions regarding these commercial terms, please reach out via our Contact Page or email us directly at info@jwdscents.com.
